This App provides for links/hyperlinks to other Apps operated by third parties. The Trust assumes no liability for the Personal Information shared by Users on these Apps.

VI. MODIFICATION OF POLICY:

This Policy is subject to changes periodically, and the Users acknowledge the same. They are required to do regular checks on the App to be apprised of such changes as and when made.

C. DISCLAIMER

I. INTRODUCTION:

Access of the Payment Gateway Services on the App by Users is also subject to the Terms of this Disclaimer. Remittance of payments through the App implies Users' agreement with the limitations and exclusions set out in the same.

II. PURPOSE:

The App has been developed exclusively for the purpose of facilitating payments by Users to the temple administered by the Trust. The Trust assumes no liability for any loss caused to Users on account of any other unauthorized use of the same.

The Trust is not responsible for any illegal transaction carried out by Users

III. NO GUARANTEES:

The Payment Gateway Services on the App are subject to interruptions in unavoidable circumstances, and the Trust assumes no liability for any loss caused to Users as a result of the same. The Services may also be suspended temporarily for maintenance tasks, and the Trust assumes no liability for any loss caused to Users on account of the same either.

The Trust provides no guarantees with regard to an uninterrupted and continual access to these Services. Users also agree and acknowledge that the said interruption/suspension of Services may take place without prior notice to them.

IV. ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

Users agree and acknowledge that their access of the Payment Gateway Services on the App is exclusively at their own risk. The Trust assumes no liability for their sole reliance on the same.

V. THIRD- PARTY LINKS:

The App may contain several third party links/hyperlinks. Users agree and acknowledge that the Trust assumes no accountability for the content on the same or the services provided by the same.

Users may access these services at their own risk and discretion. The Trust puts forth no recommendations for the same either.

VI. INDIVIDUAL USERS:

Each User is required to select and use the payment mode appropriate and convenient for her/him. The Trust recommends no payment mode to be used by all Users in general.

VII. PRESENCE OF VIRUSES/HARMFUL COMPONENTS ON THE APP:

The App may contain viruses, and other harmful components, which may disrupt Services occasionally. The Trust assumes no liability for the same.

VIII. REVISION OF DICLAIMER:

This Disclaimer is subject to periodical revisions/amendments as applicable without prior notice to Users. They are required to keep themselves updated of such revisions through regular checks on the App.
